Silverdale Coffee Morning
January 25 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Just a few last minute reminders for Saturday!
Thanks to everyone who has offered to help. I hope you’ve all been busy collecting for the raffle, tombola & other stalls.
The hall will open at 9 am. Please car share if possible and after unloading your car try to move it away from the hall – to leave car parking spaces for our customers.
Please can you bring donations ready sorted and ready to distribute to each stall. Labelled bags will ease the process of getting all the stalls ready for 10am.
Can you please bring cakes/ biscuits/ baking wrapped and ready to sell.
At 12 we need to clear the stalls and remove everything from the hall. Please help by being prepared to take any unsold goods to your local charity shop.
Jacob’s Join Lunch – Maureen & Lorna to organise for 12 ish.
Please bring food to share for lunch. We only have a small domestic oven, so bear this in mind and if something does need reheating please bring it on a baking sheet with reheating instructions. Please label sandwiches/ rolls/ pies/ salads etc. so that we know what they contain ie. veggie/ vegan/ dairy free etc.

Quite a few people have volunteered to help at the coffee morning but we still have a few places to fill, so can you let me know if you are available to help on the 25th. Please contact me with any queries also :- firstname.lastname@example.org
The hall opens at 9 am and the first hour is very busy getting all the stalls ready for 10am. If you can bring your goods ready sorted and bagged/ labelled for each stall it speeds the sorting up. PLEASE GO THROUGH ANY DONATIONS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY, to ensure that we only have things that will sell. We have to dispose of everything left at the end of the morning and your help with this is much appreciated.
Below is a list of stalls as a reminder of what we need.
