Watch Paddlers for Life Windermere feature on BBC Inside Out NW

BBC Inside Out NW Broadcast features Paddlers for Life Windermere.

The programme tells the story of breast cancer survivor dragon boat paddling in the context of paddlers in the North West UK using paddlers from teams based on Windermere and in Liverpool.

Filming took place early in December 2019 and was broadcast on the 20th. January 2020. It involved interviews with breast cancer survivor (BCS) paddler members Louisa, Rowena and Sara as well as filming  a full crew of paddlers for our first ever December paddle on a wet and blustery day.
