Coffee Morning Fundraiser
Paddlers for Life Windermere kick off their eighth season with an annual fundraising coffee morning at Gaskell Hall in Silverdale. 31st. January, 2015
As usual the residents of Silverdale turned out in great numbers to both help run the coffee morning stalls and refreshments but also to generously support our charity in delivering dragon boat paddling for cancer survivors. Members also put in a great effort to gather things for stalls and games and help on the day.
What a turnout!
None of this would happen without the organisational skills of Mags to whom we all say a heartfelt ‘Thank you!’.

Thanks to the residents of Silverdale for their generous support of Paddlers for Life.
After deductions for the hire of the hall and providing refreshments this hard work raised the wonderful total of £1,294.98p
With a later donation of £10-00p that takes the total over the threshold to a brilliant £1,304.98p
This is a fantastic contribution to funds to continue breast cancer survivor dragon boat paddling on Windermere.
