Evening Paddle Thursday Evening Paddle Thursday 10th. May, 2018
Helen was our helm. It was a lovely evening with some sunshine but a light breeze we were on the water for 6.30 pm.
Mags took us through the 8 week training plan Keni designed for us to aid strength, stamina and timing.
We paddled down to White cross bay using paddling techniques of pyramids ,blind paddling, paddle tap, zig-zags and race starts in preparation for Florence.
As the smiles show it was a great first evening paddle of the season.
