An exciting day of paddling on Sunday what with some blustery wind and a visiting Sea King helicopter on the Low Wood Marina field.

Paddlers had a rare chance to see the Sea King helicopter 'up close and personal'. Later when the helicopter left Low Wood we 'raced' them across the bay as they circled over us.
