‘Low Wood No Wood’ is a competition to raise funds for charity.
The aim is to build a boat mainly from cardboard. The competition involves paddling the boat in a short figure of eight circuit against the clock. The final involves all boats seeking to steal treasure protected by a sea monster!
Paddlers for Life members have entered this competition twice in 2015 . See the video.
We entered again in 2016. See that video
Welcome to 2021. We are hopeful that paddling will be able to resume at some point. We would normally be paddling from April. In the meantime keep in touch with our programme of virtual events for members to keep in contact. Activities and events are here in the CalendarContact Us
