Paddlers for Life were very involved in the 2012 Olympics preparation.

One of our founder members carried the torch in the Olympic relay and we accompanied the torch across Windermere. Paddlers for Life Windermere were also awarded the ‘Olympic Inspire’ award for the inclusive nature of their sporting activities.
