First IBCPC Skype conference.

The IBCPC is an international umbrella organisation promoting breast cancer survivor (BCS) dragon boat paddling . They advise in creating new teams and promote participation in international festivals. Sue and Louisa  have joined the steering committee with Louisa taking on communications and Sue as a National Representative for the UK.
