Down and Ready Day
As our eighth paddling season looms ever closer Paddlers for Life Windermere prepared for the season as novice and more experienced paddlers gathered together for a ‘Down and Ready ‘ day to help new members get ready to paddle.

As well as reminding paddlers of routines for readying the boats, techniques of paddling and putting the boats away we also planned the season events and enjoyed a delicious ‘Jacob’s Join’ before finishing with a singing session. Roz organised and lead activities with help from many regular paddlers who added their experience.
