Two dragon boats were out on a calm Windermere for a coaching session.

Keni takes the team for another popular coaching session.

Jane helmed Artemis Phyllis and Cameron helmed Lucy as Keni reminded crews, including novice paddlers, of the techniques for efficient and powerful paddling.

In the afternoon Keni moved on to race start strategies and building to race pace to give the new and less experienced paddlers a taste of the excitement of racing and a reminder to seasoned paddlers about the fitness and stamina they may have to rebuild. The crew was helmed by John.

Several members took the opportunity to use the new support boat to watch the action.
