Florence training session.

We had a great paddle today with Artemis Phyllis helmed by Roz in the morning and Helen in the afternoon.
It was lovely to have survivors and supporters in the boat together as one and the strength and stamina of the team was amazing as we practised 500 metres ready for Florence. As we paddle together we surged on the wake due to it being a busy day on the lake. We got wet, bailed out and had a lovely lunch together by the waters edge.
A great paddling day had by all.
