A timely opportunity to recall our team’s beginning!

The first paddling session of Paddlers for Life on Windermere.

A local photographer, Peter Bagnall, contacted me recently.
He found some video footage on his hard drive. Peter filmed a very first launch of a Paddlers for Life dragon boat on Windermere back on Sunday 20th. April, 2008 and edited a short film for a DVD to be used for fund raising. He has kindly provided a copy. David Robinson was a member at the time and narrated the commentary.
And now here we are ready to celebrate our tenth season of paddling!
