Air Paddling with Keni from 10:15 am (for a 10:30 start)

Air Paddling with Keni tomorrow from 10:15 am (for a 10:30 start)

Details:

• We’re rounding up Windermere’s length to 20km as we’ll have to paddle to the start etc –  plus it makes the numbers easier!
• That gives 20 paddlers 1km each to paddle – approx 4 minutes work. Double this if we have virtual coffee and CAKE at Fell Foot and come back, so 4 x 2 mins.
• If we have more than 20 people we can count the additional km.
• We’ll all be paddling together but we’ll total up everyone’s individual distance
• Yes, that’s a return journey. Air paddling is tougher on the shoulders than it sounds!
• 30 second virtual water break after each 2 mins
• Bring a paddle (any stick will do), water, and Cake of course 😊
